I recently ordered this honey. The color and texture are something I have never tried before, keep in mind I have tried many different kinds of honey including Yemeni Sidr. It's a bit sweeter than normal honey, thicker, darker color, and has a smokey taste. A perfect combination for a full spoon in the morning. This would make a perfect thoughtful gift for someone who loves honey.
